It also represents a successful value engineering exercise where concrete columns footprints were substituted by a composite columns ones that generated additional built-up area who enhanced the project feasibility. In this crash-based project, Construct-ability along with on-going design was a challenge this massive structure, design and build, was concluded in 20 months a true state-of-art facility by all means.
