Makkah Tawahid Intercontinental Hotel building represents the first Composite Columns High-Rise Structure in Saudi Arabia . It also represents a successful value engineering exercise where concrete columns footprints were substituted by a composite columns ones that generated additional built-up area who enhanced the project feasibility.
